Recruitment - Advice on getting volunteers for your Toad Patrol, we also have posters to help you advertise. 3. Publicity - Information on how to make the most of your local media plus a template for a press release (word document); there is also a separate template for use by ARGs. 4. ***MUST READ: Health and Safety*** - Extremely important information on the health and safety aspects of toad patrolling, also take a look at this sample risk assessment then fill your own site information onto your own blank risk assessment. 5. Recording Form - Use these to fill in your data every time you patrol. 6. Old Data Records - If you have any old crossing data which you think we might not have please enter it on this form and send it in; you can find out what data we have for your site by looking at the check out a site page. 7.
