Mapestry Tour @ John Clare Cottage, Helpston, Peterborough

Come along to John Clare Cottage during October and see our beautiful River Nene Mapestry on display! This 12-panel tapestry map of the River Nene and surrounding areas was created by over 1000 local people with the help of textile artist Liliane Taylor and the Froglife team. 

John Clare Cottage, garden and cafe are open on Fridays, Saturdays and Mondays 11am – 3pm, the exhibition is in the Dovecote.

Froglife’s River Nene Dragon Finder team will be at Wellingborough Museum on Wednesday 23rd October.

Bring the whole family along for half-term holiday crafty fun and learn about the UK’s amphibians & reptiles.

Wildlife Workshop @ Olive Branch Community Gardens, Peterborough
Oct 25 @ 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm

Come along to this fun workshop to learn about amphibians, reptiles and how to make your green space more attractive to wildlife! 

Please meet by the classroom for a 1:30pm start. Pond dipping will begin afterwards at around 2:30pm for anyone interested. Adults and children are all welcome.
