The Froglife Curriculum

At Froglife we work hard to ensure that our educational projects and outputs fit alongside those of the National Curriculum (see our Froglife educational resources). However, we also want people to gain a much wider appreciation and understanding of amphibians and reptiles, so that they can take part in conservation action, professionally or as a volunteer.

The Froglife curriculum is the foundation of our education projects, outputs and activities. Our curriculum helps ensure that our projects deliver for people, and, crucially, for the amphibians and reptiles that we seek to conserve.

Through our educational projects we seek to achieve one, or all, of the following criteria:

O Raise awareness about amphibians and reptiles.
O Develop understanding and knowledge of amphibians and reptiles.
O Helping people take action to conserve amphibians and reptiles
