By leaving a legacy to Froglife
or having a memorial collection you can directly influence our
capacity to act, helping us ensure the UK’s frogs, toads, newts,
snakes and lizards survive for future generations to learn
about, love and
enjoy. Even a small amount can make a significant difference to
our work and, for some people, legacies can reduce or remove tax
liabilities that impact on your Estate.
All donations to Froglife are greatly appreciated - and we can
do a lot with a little. For example, £50 or £100 might only be
enough for a new pair of shoes but we can kit out a team of
volunteers with gardening gloves and fleeces so they can get out
there and make a difference, whatever the weather. If you can
spare a little more, £1000 could print and distribute a
colourful new advice booklet, providing vital information for
gardeners, schools and allotment-holders, or even allow us to
access a further £100,000 of co-funding for our conservation and
education projects; £5000 would keep our Toads on Roads project
running for a whole year or could fund a vehicle to help
transport volunteers and tools... the opportunities are endless.
