DESCRIPTION:We’re all about enjoying the outdoors\, getting active and having fun in a relaxed setting. We’re always open for new members so why not join us! \n\nMondays 14.00-16.00 in Mells\nTuesdays 11.00-13.00 in Frome\nWednesdays 14.00-16.00 in Frome\n\n(Frome sessions are usually at our dementia friendly allotment plot at Welshmill but call ahead as we sometimes go elsewhere!) \n*Our sessions are running every week. We have spaces available\, give us a call to sign up or for any queries. From digging ponds\, building wildlife homes and gardening\, to creating art & seasonal crafts\, writing poems and sharing stories\, always finishing off with the all important tea and biscuits. \nOur activities are guided by peoples’ preferences and abilities as well as the weather and the season. The sessions are free to attend and we can provide free transport.
