You have the following options on the Menu –
- My Details – check and update your own details. Please choose how Froglife can communicate with you.
- If you need to change your own email address or reset your password then please use the ‘Manage my Account‘ link by clicking on your name at the top right of the page.
- My Group – Check and update details for patrollers in your Family Group

Family (and other) Groups
- PLEASE NOTE: If sending volunteer forms to us is still your preferred method of registering, then this is absolutely fine. We will eventually phase this out, but not until everyone has gotten to grips with the new system.
It is common for Patrollers who are members of the same family to have provided a common email address when they first completed an insurance form.
Patrol Managers will invite the person, that they consider to be the primary contact, to receive a registration invite. That person will be able manage the details of the other family members who share the same email address and will be able to submit Patrol Reports on their behalf.
If you are the Primary Contact for a Family Group then you can use My Group to manage details for the members of your group. You can remove a person from your group and give them their own Account if they have their own email address – e.g when a child becomes an adult. If someone no longer wants to patrol then please ask the patrol manager to end that person’s association with the patrol. It is important for insurance purposes that we have accurate records for all people who patrol and that we have a Date of Birth for people under 18.
