Funder: The National Lottery Heritage Fund and The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds
RSPB Loch Lomond is set in a stunning mix of woodlands and wetlands on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond. Breathtaking views and a diverse mix of habitats provide an excellent opportunity to view a variety of wildlife including ospreys in the summer and skeins of geese in the winter.
Froglife and the RSPB have now created a wetland complex, consisting of four large ponds, on the reserve within the Come Forth for Wildlife project suitable for amphibians and a variety of bird life! This was completed in July 2021 with future volunteer sessions to follow.
