Froglife Ecological Services (FES) offers comprehensive ecological training on amphibians, reptiles and their habitats, including species identification and ecology, relevant legislation, surveying and monitoring. We have delivered a wide range of courses to organisations such as councils, universities, government departments (e.g. Fera and Natural England), charities, volunteer groups and teaching staff.
We can also develop bespoke ecological training packages and deliver courses to clients throughout the environmental sector, from fellow ecologists to professionals from a range of other disciplines. Our GCN working towards a licence courses offer the opportunity for competent trainees to obtain one reference towards their application for a Great Crested Newt class survey licence with Natural England.
