The Toads on Roads Portal gives you access to your Risk Assessment and enables you to change/edit the document where appropriate. Patrol Managers are able to view and edit the document, whereas patrollers are only able to view. Follow the steps below if you wish to make changes to your Risk Assessment:
- Log in to the Toads on Roads Portal as normal.
- In the left hand panel, click ‘Sites’.
- Click the ‘Details’ button next to your chosen patrol.
- Along the top of the site details page, there will be a tab labelled ‘Risk Assessment’ click this to view the standard Froglife Risk Assessment (fig.1).
- You will see a variety of buttons next to the details of each hazard. Using the pencil icon, you can edit those details (fig.2) Remember to click ‘Save’ when you are finished.
- The purple arrows give you the ability to move hazards up or down the list depending on how you want them prioritised.
- The red trash button will delete the hazard altogether.
- You will also notice an ‘Add a new line’ button at the very bottom (fig.3). Click this to add your very own hazards if they aren’t already listed (fig.4). Remember to click ‘Save’ when you have finished making changes.
