In July 2019, on one of the hottest days of the year, the London T.O.A.D team set up at Foots Cray Meadows in Bexley for a T.O.A.D celebration event. This followed the habitat works completed at the site in December 2018. The project’s first T.O.A.D Show featured the virtual reality experience, crafts and information stand and tours to the newly-created pond onsite. The event also benefitted from wildlife photography workshops, run by Iain Green, and artist Jane Mutiny painting a toad mural to be mounted onsite.
