Fife Living Waters provided opportunities for local businesses to attend a Business Team Building Day where they could contribute to wildlife conservation and grow together as a team. We delivered 4 business days with 29 members of staff.
Our Business Days all took place at one of our two habitat sites, Cowdenbeath Wetland and Swans Pond, where teams learnt about our native amphibian and reptile species. The teams then got stuck into practical activities to improve the sites for wildlife, such as creating ponds, hibernacula, wildflower seeding, etc. Teams were also given the opportunity to look for wildlife through a nature walk, amphibian survey or reptile survey.
